It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. it emphasizes alignment, breathing and developing a strong core, while improving coordination and balance. Hot pilates is an invigorating cardio workout, practised on the mat where you exercise with help of your body resistance. The studio is heated to 30 degrees.
