Movements classes are open to all levels, and beginners are always welcome.

Hot C

CORE & FLEXIBILITY

Our signature hot yoga class, features an intense and varied series of hatha yoga poses. Practiced in a room heated to 40 degrees celsius. Designed to improve your core strength and flexibility.

Hot Flow

BREATH & MOVEMENT

Vinyasa Yoga classes are often called Flow, because of the smooth way the poses run together. In this Hot version starting with Sun Salutations, expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose, connecting each pose to the next using your breath.

Hot Pilates

STRENGHT & STAMINA

A beautiful, strong & long body posture is one of the goals of our Pilates classes. Pilates is the art of controlled movement. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body.

Hot Barre

DEEP & MUSIC

Our unique Hot Barre class is performed in a heated room of 35 degrees, giving you a very deep stretch, releasing toxins, and improving your mood. It’s a fast moving class; moving quickly from one exercise to the other whilst focusing on the form, and of course using a barre as our main prop.

Yoga fit

LEAN & MUSIC

Yoga and fitness combined for the ultimate workout. The warm up will get your heart rate to the max, followed by weight lifting to get you lean and strong, with a finish focused on abdominal work and recovery.

Yin

SLOW & DEEP

A passive and relaxing practice, aimed at stretching the deeper laying connective tissues. The postures are held mostly in a seated and/or supine way. They are generally held for 3 to 5 minutes to go beyond a muscle stretch and to create awareness around the tissue, facia, and skin.

STRENGTH & STAMINA

A Hot Hatha-based class focusing on strength and stamina, practiced in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius. A fixed sequenced class, having less postures than our Signature Hot C, giving you the time to breathe and build up to your maximum
