After years of martial arts practice, yoga came into Nir’s life. Travelling and working in Japan, the connection between body and spirit led him to studying and teaching yoga. His first training was in Hatha and later Bikram. He is continually replenishing his knowledge and expanding his skills and practice through workshops, courses and seminars. This is a process of continual growth and deepening that always takes him in new directions.
Punctuation, persistence, doing your best and a bit more… bringing yourself fully into your daily life, and in your yoga practice. This is what Nir does, and he looks for this from his students too, if he can, then they can too.
