Cooper grew up in sunny Southern California where she spent most of her days surfing and swimming in the beautiful Pacific Ocean. With a love for being active and involved in sports from a young age, she decided to pursue teaching fitness and coaching. Since she practically lived in the water, becoming a swim coach and water aerobics instructor came naturally. This later grew into a love of yoga and Pilates. In 2014, after completing her 200hr RYT training in power vinyasa and another training in Yoga Sculpt, Cooper began teaching at numerous yoga studios in Southern California. Cooper also has experience teaching mat and reformer method Pilates which she finds to be the perfect balance with yoga. Teaching has always been a passion of Cooper’s and she is adamant about consistently learning and growing as an instructor. You will discover that attention to form and creative routines are equally prevalent in her classes; as well as cool, curated playlists to keep you connected to the movement.
